Tracey responded promptly to our call, asked questions and listened to our needs. Within a couple of hours we spoke with one of her designers, Kelly. Kelly was easy to speak with and knew exactly what was needed to stage our home. Three days later, our home was fully staged.Photos were taken and posted on the MLS website. The very next day we had a showing, followed by an offer and contract!!! Our home sold two days after being staged. Sutton Staging helped me sell 2 houses fast! Tracey made the process easy and made me feel comfortable using her company. Since I had never staged a house for sale before, I had a lot of questions, which Tracey graciously answered. My house sat stagnant on a hot seller’s market for 60 days. After painting, staging, and changing realtors, my house sold in 3 days. I know the staging furniture facilitated that sale. Then, Tracey allowed me to use the rest of my contract to stage my husband’s house. It was no problem transferring the furniture. Her movers are very experienced and helped me set up.
